These are the terms on which Tomás Almeida provides online IB Maths tutoring through tutoringbytomas.com. Booking a trial or a lesson means you accept them.
Effective 22 September 2026
One-to-one online lessons in IB Diploma Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches and Applications and Interpretation, Higher and Standard Level), delivered over Google Meet, plus coaching on the Internal Assessment. Each student gets access to the study portal for as long as they are a student.
The first session is a free 30-minute trial with no commitment. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
Rates are the ones shown on the page you booked from and confirmed on WhatsApp before the first paid lesson. Invoices are issued through Wise in the currency stated on that page. There are no platform fees or agency margins.
Lessons are one hour and are scheduled around the time zone stated on the page you booked from. Changes to a lesson time are arranged on WhatsApp or through the request tool in the study portal.
Lessons may be transcribed with written consent so that the study portal and monthly reports can be built from them. How transcripts are stored, used and deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
Internal Assessment support is coaching and feedback only. Tomás does not write, edit or fix any part of a student's own work.
